Family Physiciain | Outpatient DPC | Outcomes Over Production
We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at a cutting-edge primary care clinic in Machesney Park, IL. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 2026 residents are welcome to apply!
Highlights:
- Manage only 10-14 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek with phone-only call
- No after-hours call
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $230,000 – $260,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
- Procedure experience is a huge plus!
