Data Entry Clerk (Level III)

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Document Resolution Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will handle complex client escalations, maintain high-volume data entry accuracy, and enforce strict document management policies. If you excel at prioritizing tasks to meet daily SLA deadlines and possess problem-solving skills across 10-key and full-keyboard data processing, we encourage you to apply.

shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 5:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

•Will be require to work onsite all 5 days.


Third shift- Tuesday- Saturday 9pm-5:30 AM

Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations
• Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Monitors and reviews documentation requirements
• Resolves peer or customer escalations and inquiries
• Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management
• Data Entry experience - full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad
• Ability to accurately key information adhering to SLA deadlines
• Proactively communicate and escalate issues (i.e. computer system problems, inaccurate information, out of balance transactions, etc.)
