Salary: $17-$21 Per Hour

Position Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping of residential and commercial properties. Work includes mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, and more. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, and weed control
• Operate zero-turn, ride-on, stand-on, and push mowers, string trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
• Create spring annual plant and flower displays
• Track materials and labor usage accurately
• Work independently or as part of a crew for efficient project completion
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Support snow and ice removal during the off-season

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes quality seriously
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred, and we are willing to train the right person
• Available for snow operations as needed
