Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Aurora, IL

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a fulfilling independent contractor opportunity with great pay and advanced equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states and significant earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive salaries and profit-sharing opportunities.

Home Time: 3-4 weeks out on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring extended earning periods and quality time with family.

Equipment: Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for comfort during long trips.

No Touch Freight: You will handle dry van freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 per week with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. Enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus, disbursed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area: OTR covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities for optimal earning potential.

Benefits: W2 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for ages 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
