Office Assistant

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading plumbing and utilities servicing company that is committed to delivering top-notch solutions for clients and customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team and contribute to the success of their growing company. This position is 100% onsite in Bensenville , IL

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

• Download pictures and enter information from customers and vendors

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Supporting different teams with their projects

• Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies

• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors

Office Assistant Requirements:

• Preferably bilingual in Spanish

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication skills
