Windows engineer

Job Description

A company is seeking a fully remote Windows Engineer.

• Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems that support core organizational functions and clients

• Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all operating systems assigned.

• Design computer system configurations

• Research system vulnerabilities and providing documentation for future use implementing corrective actions as required.

• Can pay $55-60/h

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of windows/system engineering experience.

• Full understanding of server hardware and operating systems including high availability (HA) components.

• Full knowledge to install and configure high availability/cluster servers supporting business critical functions.

• 7+ years hands on administration and implementation with Windows server environments.

• 7+ years with implementation and design of Windows server environments

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and other Windows services
