As part of this transformation, we’re introducing two major platforms: Web Ordering and Stored Value. These innovations will redefine how customers engage with McDonald’s digitally, and how we drive commercial growth across markets.
This Manager role will support the Director of Digital Engagement Strategy in shaping and executing the global strategy for these platforms. You’ll help define how they integrate with our broader digital ecosystem, support market activation, and optimize performance across channels.

Duties
- Support the development and execution of global strategies for Web Ordering and Stored Value, aligned with broader consumer platform goals.
- Assist in defining the role of these platforms within the digital ecosystem, including their relationship to App, Kiosk, Loyalty, CRM, and media.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to support go-to-market planning, business casing, and performance tracking.
- Help develop content and merchandising strategies for web commerce to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Partner with global and market teams to support activation plans, including media investment strategies and campaign integration.
- Contribute to the development of success metrics and performance dashboards in collaboration with analytics and product teams.
- Support the integration of Web Ordering and Stored Value with MyMcDonald’s Rewards, including feature planning and loyalty amplification.
- Assist in synthesizing market insights and learnings to inform future strategy and platform evolution.
- Help build compelling narratives for owner/operators and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and excitement around digital engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across CRM, Loyalty, Partnerships, and Media to ensure cohesive execution and optimization.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or customer engagement, ideally in a global or multi-market context.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, especially web ordering and payment solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to inform decisions.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Passion for customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $107,684.00 - $134,605.00 per year

Bonus eligible: This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
