What You Will Do
Provide ongoing support for multiple projects, track tasks and maintain deadlines.
Create weekly status reports detailing work completed and hours worked
Read and interpret drawings/blueprints
Generate drawings and read through procedures and specifications and translate into a repair procedure
Configuration Management of drawings, engineering changes, and 3D models.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Demonstrated ability to interpret design & engineering schematics.
Demonstrated ability to apply standard work to repair techniques.
Familiar with traditional manufacturing methods, practices, and materials.
Familiarity with Aerospace mechanical components, such as hydraulics and actuators a plus
NX experience preferred
Pay Range: $70,000 to $100,000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
