Location: Onsite - Lombard, IL

Purpose:
The Mailroom Clerk/Transaction Coordinator processes incoming mail to ensure it goes to the appropriate department. The Mailroom clerk also processes basic incoming mortgage documents. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ships outgoing and incoming FedEx packages and mail.
- Sorts through and distributes incoming packages and mail.
- Processes some mail from start to finish.
- Sends insurance, tile and deed documents to investors.
- Completes other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assists other departments in processing as needed.
- Responds to questions from staff regarding the status of packages
- College degree or working towards degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous administrative office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and prioritization
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 45 pounds

- Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
