Learning & Development Lead - Global Consultant Programs
Part of the global leader Bain & Company, Proxima is a well-established and leading management consulting firm specializing in procurement currently with offices in Chicago, London, Leeds, Cardiff, and Dusseldorf. Hybrid working is the norm with time spent at client site, home as well as your local office.
We are setting up a learning Academy to meet the needs of our growing global business and now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to be based in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of exceptional individuals who are passionate about developing and enhancing our learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the global mid-and senior-level consultants learning and development program design and deliver original learning experiences, supporting our immersive training, induction program, leadership development, and tailored courses for mid- and senior-level consultants
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs, define objectives, and design instructional content that aligns with Proxima’s strategic priorities and enables high performance to our clients
· Utilize our learning platform (Cornerstone) to manage, track, and optimize learning initiatives and resources, including creating e-content
· Assess current learning and development offerings to identify gaps, measure effectiveness, and implement improvements aligned with business needs
· Ensure all programs are delivered on time and with high impact, maintaining quality and consistency across the board
· Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and employee engagement
Your Experience:
· Proven strong experience in hands on delivery of professional learning and development, ideally in US, Europe, and AsiaPAC
· Skilled in instructional design and stakeholder collaboration, with a track record of delivering effective professional services, competency-based learning solutions
· Creative and energetic facilitator with excellent coaching, communication, and project management skills.
· Experienced in delivering hybrid learning solutions including optimizing learning platforms, able to command a room for in-person training and impact and high level of engagement on remote training
· Ideally understanding procurement or supply chain functions, within a professional services or consultancy environment
· Able to work collaboratively in a fast paced and responsive team, which has an agile and pragmatic delivery approach to creating content/solutions and a deep care for learning
· Flexibility to travel as needed
