**Required Experience and Skills:**- Must have NICU experience that is heavily focused on feeding of preterm and medically complex infants- Must have Dysphagia experience**Required Licensure and Certifications:**- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated- SLP, CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)- BLS Certification**Education Requirements:**- Master's degree- Respective state temporary license with supervision for 18 months or respective state license and CCC**Preferred Qualifications:**- Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist- Valid state driver's license**Other Skills and Knowledge:**- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented**Shift and Schedule:**- 8-hour days, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM**Charting System:**- Documentation using EPIC**Driving License:**- Valid state driver's license (preferred)
