Description

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performance SaaS sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue goals in high-value, high-volume sales environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the sales strategy, coach and scale a winning team, and directly contribute to Bectran’s ambitious growth trajectory.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals for hyper growth.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a team of top-performing SaaS Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outbound and inbound initiatives across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close complex, high-value SaaS deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Cultivate long-term, high-value partnerships that drive business development and market expansion.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Architect and refine sales systems, processes, and metrics (e.g., pipeline structuring, forecasting, win/loss analysis, CRM optimization).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market execution and feedback loops.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
  • Collaborate to ensure new product development aligns with market feedback from demos.


Requirements

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performance SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading teams selling complex B2B SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $50K to $500K+.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Experience building and negotiating strategic partnerships that contributed to scalable growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay for this position is starting $140,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.

In addition to competitive pay, Bectran offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
