Sales director
Description
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performance SaaS sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue goals in high-value, high-volume sales environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the sales strategy, coach and scale a winning team, and directly contribute to Bectran’s ambitious growth trajectory. What You Will Do- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals for hyper growth.
- Recruit, build, and lead a team of top-performing SaaS Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic outbound and inbound initiatives across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Identify, negotiate, and close complex, high-value SaaS deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Cultivate long-term, high-value partnerships that drive business development and market expansion.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Architect and refine sales systems, processes, and metrics (e.g., pipeline structuring, forecasting, win/loss analysis, CRM optimization).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market execution and feedback loops.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate to ensure new product development aligns with market feedback from demos.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performance SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience leading teams selling complex B2B SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $50K to $500K+.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
- Experience building and negotiating strategic partnerships that contributed to scalable growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
