Consulting Project Technical Manager- RevCycle - Federal
Job Description
The Federal Project Manager - Revenue Cycle will act as a Program Manager and strategic lead within the Federal Program, working on the Electronic Health Record Modernization project. Engagement structure will vary between optimization, product development, and new site deployment activities.
The role will manage Revenue Cycle projects, providing operational oversight necessary to ensure client expectations relating to delivery timelines and quality are met. The Federal Project Manager is expected to be proficient in Oracle Revenue Cycle functionality, helping to ensure that Federal client expectations are translated into successful project outcomes. The role will lead activities to include: requirements gathering, project scoping, solution design, testing, and transition to support.
The role will be client facing, requiring detailed documentation to be maintained. Frequent status updates and presentations will be expected from VA Revenue Cycle leadership. As a knowledge lead in the Federal program, the role will be expected to provide clear progress reports and instill confidence with client partners that critical projects are advancing forward.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
· 8 years of experience relevant to this position
-Deep understanding of RevCycle
· Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position
· Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
-Willingness to travel up to 50%

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
