Job Overview
Precision Technologies Corp (PTC) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Support Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data models
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Assist QA teams by validating requirements and supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Track requirement changes and manage traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business consulting environments
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery frameworks
- Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements, and process diagrams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom is a plus
- Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools is an advantage
