Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patient and responsible person.
- Demonstrate nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuing education and meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.

Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS certification.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Illinois.
- Ability to work nights in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Experience: Med Surg or related acute care setting preferred.
- Certifications: Per job notes, see Licenses and Certification requirements listed for applicable unit certifications as relevant to the assignment.
