We are seeking Shift Leads to oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and lead our team to success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating a positive and efficient environment for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise and lead dispensary staff in daily operations.
- Train and cross-train team members in various tasks.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Manage inventory processes including intake, reconciliation, and compliance functions.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and supply ordering.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service to promote loyalty and retention.
- Communicate effectively with customers, promote deals and promotions, and address customer feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant dispensary software.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry practices including cash handling, compliance, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background checks as required by cannabis laws.
Compensation
$18—$18 USD
