Clean USA is scheduling interviews now for our open Office Manager position in Sycamore, IL. This is a full time Mon-Fri position.
The compensation will range from $15-$21/hour based on work experience. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

The duties associated with this position include:
- Answers phones
- Manage office admins & marketing assistants
- Weekly meetings with office staff & Annual reviews
- Accounting, Accounts payable & Accounts receivable & Deposits
- Financial spreadsheets
- Payroll & Manages overtime, PTO, Calculates commission for crew
- Answers all requests for Unemployment, Child Support & Garnishment Human Resources
- Recruiting Posts ads for new hiring Reviews resumes for new hiring Conducts tours
- New hire training
- Assist with after-hours calls and dispatching from home
- Update vendor programs
- Maintain insurance and licensing for fleet
- Maintain fleet tracking software & alerts
- Plans weekly crew training agenda
- Tracking fleet vehicles to assure timely response
