Professional Services Administration (PSA)
- Comprehensive administrative support for multiple pension funds
- Scan and file member files
- Electronically file records, documents, and correspondence
- Prepare letter and affidavits to all retirees
- Create meeting agendas and board meeting packets
- Attend quarterly meetings, take notes, and transcribe minutes
- Process invoices for payment
- Correspond via email with pension fund trustees
- Communicate with accountants within the firm and several Pension Fund attorneys
- Other projects as assigned
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be able to travel locally and have reliable transportation
- Deadline driven
- Strong organizations skills and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, self-starter
