RN - Telemetry
- Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Offer patient education and emotional support to enhance recovery.
