Pickleball Instructor - McFetridge Sports Center
- Instruct both group and private lessons with knowledge of the basic pickleball skills and terminology
- Utilize available pickleball equipment to maximize the development of basic pickleball strokes in small and large group lessons.
- Develop and grow the Pickleball program to meet the needs of the community
- Notify Tennis Coordinator of any equipment repairs needed and maintenance of courts.
- Provide a safe and fun environment that promotes enjoying the sport for exercise and fun.
- Attract players and help build the program. SKILLS REQUIRED Position requires ability to:
- Maintain an overall positive attitude with clients, patrons, staff members, and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with hours.
- Develop and teach lesson plans.
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
- Ability to maintain program model that has been implemented
- Ensuring and following safety measures and regulations
- Physical ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time while on the court
- Paid Leave Accrual
