General Laborer- Foundry

Calumet Brass Foundry has been producing high-quality brass and bronze castings since 1906. We are currently hiring tough, dependable General Laborers to join our team and support daily foundry operations.

This is hands-on work in a real manufacturing environment. We are looking for people who take pride in working hard, showing up on time, and helping their team get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with daily foundry and manufacturing operations
• Moving materials and finished castings throughout the plant
• Supporting machine operators and production workers
• Cleaning and preparing equipment, molds, and work areas
• Keeping the shop organized and safe
• Jumping in to help teammates when production needs change
• Following all company safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in an industrial/foundry environment
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or labor experience is a plus but not required
