Lead and participate in claim reviews with insureds, TPAs, brokers and attorneys, providing strategic input on closure plans and reserve adequacy.
Coordinate interim claim reviews for high-volume accounts and ensure pre-review responsibilities are completed, including updated written status reports from TPAs and attorneys.
