Dentist – Brimfield Family Dentistry – Brimfield, IL

Brimfield Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our established private practice. We are a supportive, team-oriented office with advanced technology, long-standing staff, and a focus on patient-centered care. Schedule 4 days per week

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, patient-focused environment that fosters long-term relationships and trust
• Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and more
• Collaborate with and supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to ensure the highest quality of care
• Participate in mentorship, training, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and confidence

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree and active dental license (required)
• Personable, self-motivated, and a fast learner
• Strong academic foundation with a passion for patient care
• Ability to embrace growth, change, and teamwork
• No prior experience required, mentorship provided

Pay & Compensation

• Minimum: $125,000 annually
• Final pay based on experience, competencies, and other factors
• Future partnership opportunities available
