Sr. Business Analyst

  • This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C.
  • It is hybrid role that will need to be based in the U.S.

How you'll make an impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business requirements from a data and analytics point of view in an agile execution model.
  • Perform complex data analysis on structured and unstructured data formats; and define KPI or performance and analysis metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Investigate data, data sources and perform complex data quality analysis
  • Analyze data processes, identify end-to-end processes, research solutions and plans and coordinate the remediation of these deficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure that communication is open and ongoing.
About You

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Expert in performing advanced and complex data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level organizational and project management skills in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner and to monitor processes throughout a team or department
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SQL, & Azure DevOps

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
