About The Role:
We are seeking a Trading Desk Specialist to support our business. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced trading floor environment while supporting large trade orders and providing accurate client information.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute agency trades, manage large option orders, and source market liquidity.
- Build and manage order batching tools to provide fast, accurate client information.
- Monitor trade execution, reconcile positions, and maintain accurate trade reporting.
- Partner with brokers, traders, and dealers to ensure smooth trading operations.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, exchange regulations, and internal risk controls.
- Uphold company values, Code of Conduct, and operational risk and compliance standards, including escalation of policy or risk issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Series 7 or 57 License required.
- Experience working in a regulated trading environment with strong risk and compliance awareness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- VBA/Python coding skills and ability to build tools are a plus.
- Curious, resilient, and effective in fast-paced environments with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
