Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift professionally and accident-free, ensuring all inspections are precise.
• Maintain and clean the forklift systematically.
• Track the location of goods continuously during material handling using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform additional manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, including sampling, inventory, and cleaning.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
• During seed delivery and return seasons, ensure proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain safety standards and initiate emergency procedures when necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift experience is preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Prior forklift certification is preferred.
• Must compliance check and other pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation to the site and punctuality are required.
• Maintain enthusiasm, a good attitude, honesty, and respect for all.

Work Environment

Work involves rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with up to 10-12 hours per day. Shift possibilities include Sunday - Thursday and Saturday - Friday, with a 2-3-2 rotation depending on the season. A shift differential of $3 ($22/hr) is offered for hours worked between 2pm - 10pm, and $2 ($21/hr) for hours worked between 10pm - 6am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
