Job Description:
- Responsible for month-end closing procedures including bank reconciliations, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
- Recording daily client transactions in Yardi and NetSuite software
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Researching and implementing solutions for accounting discrepancies
- Assist Controller with quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to other projects as needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, specifically)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Yardi and NetSuite
