A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Urgent Care LVN in Woodridge, IL . This full-time contingent position offers career growth potential and stable weekly hours. This role is 32–40 hours per week and includes every other weekend, with occasional floating to nearby clinic locations.

Urgent Care LVN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $37.17 per hour
• Benefits available after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Urgent Care LVN Highlights

• Full-time, 32–40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• May float to nearby clinics as needed
• Safety-sensitive position
• Mandatory attendance for first 90 days

Urgent Care LVN Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections (flu, COVID, TB, etc.)
• Obtain vital signs
• Provide emergency care collaboratively with onsite provider
• Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
• Assist with waiting room management, reminder calls, and appointment scheduling
• Serve as a chaperone for sensitive exams
• Prepare clinic and waiting space to ensure an optimal patient experience
• Support patient-focused care to improve community health outcomes

Urgent Care LVN Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
• Experience administering immunizations and injections
• Experience charting in an Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to obtain vital signs
• Active LPN/LVN license (full, active, unrestricted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance mandatory for first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
• Experience with EPIC EMR
