THE ROLE:

As a Massage Therapist (Part-Time) at NoMI Spa , you will play a vital role in delivering the elevated, personalized wellness experiences our guests have come to expect from Park Hyatt . In this part-time position, you will provide a variety of massage therapies tailored to individual needs, creating a calming, restorative environment with every interaction. You'll be part of a collaborative and professional spa team that values artistry, intuition, and service excellence. Whether welcoming a hotel guest or a loyal local client, your expertise and care will contribute to the spa's reputation as a serene escape in the heart of Chicago.

WAGE INFORMATION:

This position offers an hourly base rate of $12.75 and is classified as a tipped role, with the opportunity to earn gratuities and commission . Additional details regarding gratuity structure and commission opportunities will be discussed during the interview and offer stages. This compensation package reflects the high standards and competitive offerings of Park Hyatt Chicago .

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Valid Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Illinois, in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a luxury spa, hotel, or high-end wellness environment.
  • Techniques: Proficient in a variety of massage modalities, with the ability to customize services to guest needs.
  • Professionalism: Refined demeanor with a strong commitment to exceptional service and guest privacy.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a supportive, guest-focused team environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, intuitive approach to guest care.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and safely perform treatments, including lifting or moving supplies.
  • Availability: Open and flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
