SENIOR CLIENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Oakbrook, IL 60523
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 (base + bonuses)
Status: Full-time, hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinking: Engage in proactive and critical thinking to enhance our operations.
- Efficient Task Management: Screen, organize, and manage tasks, focusing the advisor’s attention where it's most needed.
- Client Meeting Coordination: Stay updated on client meetings, advisor priorities, and project timelines.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate the advisor’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
Qualifications:
- College experience is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5+ years in the financial services industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a client-facing role.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong self-starter.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Rapid learning ability, particularly with adoption of technology tools.
- Demonstrated job stability and career progression.
