Keller Williams Realty Signature is looking for a high-caliber Bookkeeper to step into a true right-hand role at our growing Loves Park market center, supporting both the financial backbone of the business and the leadership team driving it forward.

This isn't a heads-down, back-office bookkeeping job. You'll have a seat at the table, real visibility with leadership, and the chance to shape how the office runs, not just track how it spends.

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000 – $65,000 yearly

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly and correctly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to the financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation, working closely with external auditors when necessary.

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly and correctly.
• Proven track record of preparing monthly financial reports that provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Ability to reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
• Experience in assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to financial planning and analysis efforts.
