Physician Assistant
$100-$120,000. Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Physician Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the orthopedic surgeon to plan, coordinate and execute medical procedures on our patients. In this role, you will utilize your experience in performing orthopedic surgeries to ensure that every patient receives the highest level of care possible. Candidates for this position are expected to work in office for clinics and in hospital for surgeries. Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate appropriate treatment plans for patients.
- Develop sound principles of orthopedic care.
- First assist in surgical cases.
- Provide ultrasound guided joint injections, splinting/casting as necessary.
- Facilitate the provision of pre-operative patient care.
- Complete charts and record reviews.
- Review physical therapy progress notes.
- Complete patient paperwork.
Active PA-C certification, active IL PA license, and comfortable with suturing/closing wounds in surgery. All other skills can be trained if they don’t have ortho specific experience. About the Company:
