Payroll Specialist
A Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws. This role involves maintaining payroll records, calculating wages, managing deductions, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Payroll Specialists work closely with HR, finance, and employees to ensure accurate compensation and benefits administration.
salary: $22 - $30 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.
- Verify timesheets and attendance records before payroll processing.
