**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure and welcoming environment.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
+ Report any observed hazards, maintenance needs, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
