Pleasant View, part of The Lutheran Home, is hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Lead, train, and support environmental services team members
• Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure efficient coverage
• Inspect resident rooms, common areas, and laundry services for quality and compliance
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
• Address team member performance, coaching, and development needs
• Collaborate with leadership to support overall community operations
• Promote a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
• Reliable and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of infection control and safety regulations
