Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic - Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance (If relocating).

Job Description

This hands-on position is responsible for testing, adjusting, repairing, and performing general maintenance tasks on airframe, engine, and component systems across a variety of aircraft models. As part of an authorized service center and a 145 repair station, the role involves working on King Air, Hawker, Beechjet/Hawker 400XP, Phenom 100/300, Legacy 450/500, Premier 1/1A, TBM, Citation, and Challenger 300/604/605 aircraft.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably on corporate aircraft.
• A&P License required
• Possession of personal tools, with time allowed to collect them.
• Consideration given to candidates with 2+ years of GA, CRJ, and previous commercial aircraft MRO experience.

Work Environment

Work takes place primarily inside a temperature-controlled hangar. The team is small but growing, with recent hires due to increased business. Shifts include 7:00am - 3:30pm and 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Relocation support and sign-on bonuses are available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
