We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our established pavement striping and surface marking business. As part of the 1-800-STRIPER national brand, our local operation has the equipment, systems, and reputation in place, now we need a closer to help unlock the territory’s full potential.

This role is ideal for a salesperson who thrives in B2B environments, builds strong relationships, and isn’t afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone. If you’re motivated by commissions and want to sell a service that virtually every commercial property needs, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
• Set appointments, present proposals, and close deals with property managers, business owners, contractors, and municipalities
• Identify new verticals and markets (warehouses, HOAs, strip malls, schools, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the owner on sales strategy and pipeline tracking

Experience

• Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or service-based industries
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality, you don’t wait for leads, you create them
• Comfortable being out in the field (this is not a desk job)
• Basic tech skills: email, CRM tools, quoting software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Goal Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission
