Davis Law Firm is a well-established and rapidly growing practice seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney ready to take full ownership of a litigation caseload. This role is ideal for a driven attorney who wants autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term growth within a collaborative, multi-office firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Independently manage personal injury cases from inception to close.
• Negotiate and resolve cases in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, and court appearances.
• Draft complaints and respond to dispositive motions.
• Attend weekly court calls, depositions, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Review insurance policies, claims, and medical records.
• Oversee discovery strategy and medical record analysis.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and case managers.
• Maintain deadlines and statutes of limitation across an active docket.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of personal injury experience (motor vehicle cases preferred).
• Proven experience handling all phases of litigation.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Illinois law license (required).
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across offices.
• Spanish preferred.
