Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and functioning properly
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations with patient monitoring and support
• Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly to any changes during surgery
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current certification
• Proven experience in Operating Room nursing
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
