We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Autel’s European marketing efforts with a clear focus on strategic communications, regional branding, and campaign execution . Based in The Hague and reporting to the VP of Europe, you will shape how Autel is perceived in key markets and ensure our messaging, content, and event presence are executed with clarity and professionalism.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you manage a small, growing team and coordinate closely with Sales and Product to support business growth. You will oversee all aspects of regional marketing communications — including events, digital, campaigns, and collateral — while aligning with the global brand direction and contributing to the development of marketing structures in Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute the European marketing plan, with a focus on communications and brand visibility
• Oversee Autel’s presence at trade fairs, conferences, and customer events
• Localize and implement global messaging, materials, and campaigns
• Manage digital communication, content creation, and regional marketing channels
• Support Sales and Product teams with presentations, tools, and customer-facing content
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all media and platforms
• Lead and develop the European marketing team (MarCom, design, content, events)
• Own and manage the regional marketing budget, including planning, allocation, and reporting
• Coordinate with global HQ to ensure alignment and information flow
• Track KPIs and report results to regional leadership

You Are

Hard Skills

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on marketing communications
• Experience in industrial technology, energy, or mobility sectors
• Skilled in brand management, events, digital marketing, and campaign delivery
• Leadership experience, ideally in international or matrix environments
• Fluent in English ; Mandarin Chinese is mandatory
• Proficient with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, CMS systems

• Hands-on, structured, and execution-focused leadership style
• Strong project and stakeholder management
• Confident communicator with excellent written and visual communication skills
• Ability to lead across teams and align messages across countries
