Six Sigma Project Manager (DeKalb)

The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and has opening of Logistics / Supply Chain III (Six Sigma Project Manager) in DeKalb, IL

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Additional Details:

Pay range: $55 to $ 60/hour on W2 as per your experience

Contract Length: 8 Months with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time execution
• Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities
• Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results
• Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS)

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results
• Hands-on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments
• Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms
• Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
