S/ 4 Hana, Public Cloud Finance Consultant (FICO & CFin)

SAP Finance (FICO) Leadership

· Lead end-to-end SAP Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, and Asset Accounting .

· Configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.

· Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Central Finance (CFin)

· Support and drive SAP Central Finance (CFin) initiatives.

· Perform data mapping, replication, and reconciliation between source systems and S/4HANA.

· Ensure data consistency and financial accuracy across centralized reporting and postings.

Manufacturing Costing & Controlling

· Design and implement Product Costing solutions, including:

o Material Master and Material Costing

o Cost Object Controlling

o Product Cost by Period and Product Cost by Order

· Support accurate tracking, settlement, and reporting of manufacturing costs.

· Enable insights into WIP, variances, and production order settlement .

Intercompany & Financial Operations

· Develop and optimize intercompany processes , including billing, reconciliation, and eliminations.

· Ensure compliance with finance policies and accounting standards across entities.

Integration & Cross-Functional Expertise

· Strong integration knowledge with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including MM integration and supplier master data.

· Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration, including SD , revenue recognition, customer master data, and Margin Analysis .

· Solid understanding of manufacturing finance integration , including production postings and cost settlement.

· Collaborate closely with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

· Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance (FICO) .

· Hands-on experience with SAP Central Finance (CFin) architecture, data flows, and reconciliation.

· Strong background in cost controlling within manufacturing environments .

· Ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across business and IT teams.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
