Warehouse Dock Clerk – 2nd Shift

**Location: **Chicago, IL 60633

**Pay Rate: **$19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Clerk to support 2nd shift operations at a busy distribution facility. This role is responsible for managing driver check-in/check-out, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring clear communication between drivers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the traffic window and ensure all truck drivers receive proper documentation during check-in and check-out

• Communicate accurately and professionally with drivers and internal warehouse staff

• Maintain records and support shipping and receiving documentation processes

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook for daily administrative and communication tasks

• Support overall dock operations to ensure timely and efficient freight movement

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or trucking traffic window experience preferred

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with truck drivers and staff
