We are looking for someone to join our opening team at Gilda, a Basque inspired tavern and restaurant rooted in warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality. The host position is the first and last impression of the restaurant, and we are looking for someone who is guest-focused, organize, welcoming, and able to create a sense of care and excitement from the moment someone walks through the door. Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, communicative, detail-oriented, and excited to help build a thoughtful hospitality culture from the ground up.
