Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with a strong background in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chief Architect and capable of producing AI-enhanced renderings to support high-quality visual presentations.

Required Skills and QualificationsDevelop accurate and detailed architectural plans using Chief Architect.Produce professional visualizations using AI-assisted rendering tools such as Dall-E, Lumion AI, Enscape, or D5 Render.Collaborate closely with internal design, construction, and client teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.Maintain organized documentation and update plans according to feedback and construction requirements.Manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.Ensure design output is both creative and technically sound, especially in bathroom and kitchen layouts.5+ years of architectural design experience for high-end exterior buildings and interior residential spaces, producing floor plans, schematic design, elevations, renderings, and photorealistic color renderings and walkthroughs, specifically with respect to roof lines, pitches, beams, additions, renovations, and/or new homes builds.Strong understanding of functional design principles regarding architecture, interior design, lighting design, material selections, color theory and fine details.Advanced 2D and 3D software and/or technologies experience creating detailed photorealistic renderings of architectural designs.Prior experience creating artistic illustrations within a timeline that supports the fast-paced nature of the sales process. Must be comfortable handling multiple projects at once; and turning around multiple projects on a daily and weekly basis.Capable of artfully communicating architectural concepts to our diverse clientele through renderings. Proven ability to use a wide range of artistic styles to build excitement in our target audience.Strong sense of proportion and scale in placing the subject on presentation page to highlight the strength of the proposed design.General knowledge of reproducing and detailing material’s texture by hand and in Photoshop. Proficient at hand-sketching and experience working with a marker is a must.Job RequirementsBachelors or Masters in Architecture from an accredited university.Advanced knowledge of architectural design software, such as Chief Architect, REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, 3DStudioMax, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Acrobat.Proficiency in Chief Architect is a significant advantage.Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate the fast-paced nature of the sales process.Keen eye for design and attention to detail.***Please include samples of your work or portfolio when submitting your application***Compensation & BenefitsVery competitive base salary along with an aggressive commission program.
