IT Financial Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to support a high-volume workload resulting from the upcoming split of a major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company. With over 700 applications and 500 Statements of Work (SOWs) in progress, the team is facing a significant backlog and needs an organized, detail-oriented professional to help streamline financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in processing Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other financial documentation

-Record goods receipts on a monthly basis

-Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy

-Adapt to shifting priorities as the company undergoes structural changes related to the split

Ideal Candidate

Strong background in IT financial operations or procurement support

Highly organized and able to manage large volumes of documentation

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Proactive and flexible, with the ability to pivot as priorities shift

Skills and Requirements

-Experience processing statements of work for approval

-Financial tracking- proficient with financials

-Good with Excel- tracking data in spreadsheets the lists of Purchase Orders, status of Purchase Orders

-Organized person

-Adaptable to changing priorities. -Ariba- all this activity is housed

-SAP where invoice is processed and GR are housed

-Vlookups and Pivot tables
