Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking an experienced Receptionistto join ourteam. ReceptionistJob Responsibilities: The Receptionistwill be responsible for answering phones, screening and directing incoming calls, answering customer queries, taking messages, greeting visitors and monitoring check-in procedures. In addition, he or she will schedule the use of conference and training rooms and provide general administration and clerical support to other departments within the organization. Operate electronic telephone system to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments. Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, fax machine or copy machine. Greet visitors and make sure they comply with ITAR check-in process as well as determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destination(s). Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading documents, operating calculators or computers to work with pay records and other documents. Proofread AP invoices match to paid stub to prepare for filing. File and maintain AP records. Provide information about the company such as location of departments or offices and products or services provided. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
