Candidates must reside in Itasca, Illinois ("Chicagoland"). This is a full-time virtual position. The office operates five days a week, but physical attendance is only required in specific business situations.

We are currently hiring for the position of an Associate Level Field Instructor based in our regional office in Itasca, IL. Join us and bring your experience to contribute to the training of professionals, capitalizing on a wide range of imaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by delivering Virtual and Instructor-Led training to selling organizations (Client, Dealers, and subsidiary sales forces) to enhance the sales of cutting-edge solutions in the marketplace.
• Conduct training sessions on sales skills, products, and technology programs.
• Observe and collaborate with other instructors, providing support as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on supported programs, executing the first delivery for development and serving as a model for other instructors.
• Collaborate with dealer management to ensure the delivery of appropriate programs that align with performance goals.
• Communicate changes and updates to supported programs, identifying changes that impact course content.
• Work with sales professionals at their location or at a Sales Training location nationwide to position products in the market and increase prospects.
• Utilize a variety of facilitation and instructional strategies to lead discussions and hands-on student activities.
• Successfully complete qualification processes required to teach each course.
• Assist in curriculum review for supported programs.
• Travel is required for Instructor-Led facilitation of classes and to coach sales representatives in the field as assigned by management. Virtual Training is performed via "Hands-on" Labs in Training locations.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, with 0-2 years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Related experience delivering skills and product training to sales professionals is preferred.
• This position requires knowledge and experience in successful sales skills. Virtual Training experience is a plus.
• Experience with measurable, results-oriented objectives (e.g., sales role with a commission/bonus structure) is advantageous.
• Requires up to 75% coast-to-coast/overnight travel.
• Knowledge of digital technology and related software products in the print industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level facilitation skills are essential.
• Ability to successfully complete the delivery certification process to facilitate a successful course.
• This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.
