Employment Attorney
LHH is working with a well-regarded mid-sized firm seeking a senior associate or partner to join its employment defense practice. Immediate opportunity to step into an active caseload handling employment litigation (discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, ADA/FMLA, EEOC) and EPL matters.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.- 5+ years employment litigation experience
- Strong case management and client-facing skills
- IL bar required; IN a plus
- 1950 hours
- Base $145K–$160K+ (flexible) + hours & origination bonuses
- Hybrid workplace (1-2 days in office)
