The Food Runner plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is delivered promptly, accurately, and attractively from the kitchen to guests. This position supports both the kitchen and service teams, helping maintain smooth operations during service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly and efficientlyEnsure orders are accurate, complete, and presented to quality standardsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and guest needsPre-bussing of tables, refilling water, and responding to guest requests when neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areasFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsProvide friendly, professional interactions with guests to enhance their dining experience

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidaysRegular, reliable attendance required
